Prices for Mini Furniture Pack, including kitchen, excluding inventory pack:
- Studio apartment (to sleep 3 people) 3,480 euros (£2,784)
- 1-bedroom apartment (to sleep 4) 3,850 euros (£3,080)
- 2-bedroom apartment (to sleep 6) 4,620 euros (£3,696)
Mini furniture pack is basic and solid. It is composed of MDF furniture, fabric upholstering of soft furnishings, and kitchen with Crown ceramic hob.
Prices for Standard Furniture Pack, including kitchen and inventory pack:
- Studio apartment (to sleep 3 people) 5,950 euros (£4,760)
- 1-bedroom apartment (to sleep 4) 6,970 euros (£5,576)
- 2-bedroom apartment (to sleep 6) 7,970 euros (£6,376)
Standard furniture pack is composed of wood-veneered MDF furniture, fabric upholstering of soft furnishings, and medium-quality electrical appliances.
Prices for Luxury Furniture Pack, including kitchen and inventory pack:
- Studio apartment (to sleep 3) 8,020 euros (£6,416)
- 1-bedroom apartment (to sleep 4) 9,650 euros (£7,720)
- 2-bedroom apartment (to sleep 6) 13,000 euros (£10,400)
Luxury furniture pack is composed of solid wood furniture, upholstering in leather, and high-quality electrical appliances. Wall-papering of walls.
All prices include delivery and installation of all furniture. They include plumbing and electrics for kitchen installation. Kitchen appliances included are sink and mixing tap, integrated fridge, integrated oven, ceramic hob, and extractor fan.
Prices are with 20% VAT. Prices are fixed in Euros.

50% in advance on placing order

All payments to be made to the Euro bank account in Bulgaria of the furniture supplier.
Furniture packs can be installed within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of ordering.
