Two plots of building land near to Varna are for sale.

1. The first plot is 10,674 square meters of land in regulation in the villa zone overlooking the attractive resort of Golden Sands. It comes with electricity, water and a good road. It is very close to Alajir Monastery, the main tourist archeological attraction in Varna. It is a ten minute drive to Central Varna and five minutes to Golden Sands and the beach.
