27 April 2010: Work will re-start shortly at Victoria Villas. The process of providing the water supply is underway. Mains water is unavailable therefore a borehole shall be drilled and then the complex will have its own independent water supply, as is the case with neighbouring complexes. Offers are being obtained for the construction of the swimming-pool, landscaping, the car-parking and fencing. It is planned to open the complex this year. The construction of other buildings in the development as originally planned is postponed until the economic climate improves.

19 February 2010: Townhouses and apartments at Elizabeth Court Resort are available for rent on Booking.com. The villas are situated above a Blue-Flag beach in Sozopol. 29 September 2009: Ski apartments at Balkan Heights Resort in Bansko are now available for rent on Booking.com. The rooms are self-catering with fully fitted kitchens. The resort has a restaurant, pub, and pool, sauna and gym. There is a mini-market nearby. Airport pick-up is available. Prices from 103 Euros per person per week including buffet breakfast. Free Satellite TV, WiFi internet and Shuttle Bus to the Gondola. Reservations can be made by credit card.

04 August 2009: The electricity sub-station at Victoria Villas was put into operation today and we now have a permanent electricity supply.

27 August 2008: Balkan Heights has been issued with Act 16 (Permit of Usage) by Bansko Municipality today, 27 August 2008. The final payment to the developer is due upon the issue of this certificate and we have contacted all buyers about that. Latest pictures are published in the Gallery.
15 August 2008: We have published for sale Varna building land of 53,572 sq m (13 acres). The land is 3 km from Golden Sands resort. Its prices are between 30 and 55 euros per square metre. For the purposes of comparison, building land in Golden Sands costs 1,000 euros per sq m.
22 June 2008: In a change to Bulgarian law, Russians who own a property in Bulgaria now have the right to receive a 3-year multiple-entry visa to Bulgaria. This will significantly add to demand for Bulgarian new build property.
15 May 2008: Frommer's pick Bulgaria as top budget destination. Bulgaria is the only European country on the list.
19 April 2008: Britannia Investments received the Building Permit for Sophia Gardens from Sozopol Municipality on 26 February 2008. The construction will proceed according to the advertised schedule.
