19 April 2008: Britannia Investments received the Building Permit for Sophia Gardens from Sozopol Municipality on 26 February 2008. The construction will proceed according to the advertised schedule.
31 March 2008: Balkan Heightshas been issued with Act 15 by Bansko Municipality. The next payment to the developer is due upon the issue of this certificate and we will contact all buyers about this soon. The development is scheduled for completion on30 April 2008.
